The Inner Sunset quarterly Town Hall is organized by Inner Sunset Park Neighbors and are open to members and non-members.  

This month Craig Dawson of Sutro Stewards and SF Park Alliance’s volunteer of the year, will give us an overview of the Mt Sutro area and the challenges to maintain the space.   This green space above UCSF has a complicated history with many neighbors having strong opinions about their wild backyard. Questions such as are native plants the most important aspect of the area–if so how do you remove the non-native invasive species? Issues about fire safety and the UCSF buildings and where to have a nice hike can be covered.  Did you know that there are trails that run all the way Cole Valley?

Update on the SFMTA/DPW Streetscaping 

A group of neighbors are working closely with SFMTA and DPW as they design the new N Judah stops to include attractive streetscaping and clear wayfinding once you step off the N-Judah into the Inner Sunset

(Wayfinding encompasses all of the ways in which people and animals orient themselves in physical space and navigate from place to place.)
