SAN FRANCISCO COUNCIL OF DISTRICT MERCHANTS ASSOCIATIONS (SFCDMA) & AVENUE GREENLIGHT GRANTS $50,000 TO THE INNER SUNSET

Last month you might have seen a group walking through the merchant corridor with a large check for $50,000. Supervisor Dean Preston and board members of the SFCDMA, ISMA, and ISPN took time to celebrate the $50,000 grant from SFCMA by meeting with small business owners, and listening to their origin stories and challenges. Inner Sunset Merchant’s Association (ISMA) used the grant to fund the Holiday Light Stroll in December and to co-sponsor the upcoming monthly Inner Sunset Flea Market in an effort to encourage shopping local and supporting small businesses. They have also used funds to encourage SkyStar visitors to explore the Inner Sunset after their Ferris Wheel rides.

SFCDMA’s mission is to protect, preserve, and promote small businesses in San Francisco. Thank you to ISMA for all your hard work administrating the amazing grant.
